Returns & Store Credit

At bhrb & co., we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to review returns for store credit only.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Items must include all original tags and packaging.

Store Credit

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit will be sent via email once your return has been processed.
  • Store credit does not expire.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email us at bhrbco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for mailing your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as bhrb & co. is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at bhrbco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
