Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on Mondays & Thursdays.
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing between order placement and shipment.
During launches, lives, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer—but we always work as quickly as we can to get your goodies out.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and will be determined at checkout.
Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, typical delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup in Weeping Water, Nebraska.
If you select local pickup at checkout, you’ll receive an email when your order is ready and pickup details will be included in that email.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been shipped, bhrb & co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you experience an issue, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier with your tracking information.
Incorrect Addresses
